This is the process of pouring Ayurvedicoils or decoctions or milk decoctions on the affected area of the patients as per necessity. e.g. Jaanudhara ( Dhara at knee joint ) - Generally carried out in patients with inflammatory knee joint diseases. It has an extremely soothing and relaxing effect.
